Partnerships with Environmentally-Concerned Vendors

ARAMARK recognizes that the best way to reduce waste begins with procurement. Through our Supply Chain Management group, we leverage our purchasing power to encourage suppliers to provide goods with minimal packaging, use recyclable materials, and provide environmentally preferable solutions. This purchasing power is leveraged for the benefit of CUI.

Currently, 70 percent of our facility-related suppliers have an environmentally preferable solution. Our partnership with Ecolab and the use of Ecolab’s Green Seal-certified Oasis products support our social responsibility commitment and desire to be a leader in environmental initiatives. We also partner with Kaivac, Tennant and ProTeam cleaning systems and use their Green Seal-certified products their equipment.
